Qualifications

• Previous catering or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weight.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup: arrange tables, chairs, and decor per event plans.
• Serve food and beverages in a professional, courteous manner.
• Replenish food and beverage stations as needed.
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness during events.
• Assist with event breakdown and cleanup to leave venue orderly.
• Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure satisfaction.
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Follow instructions from catering manager and senior staff.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.
