Job summary

Sodexo at Hard Rock Stadium is seeking a Banquet Server to provide food and beverage services for catered events, from meetings to dinners. You will work under Banquet Captain and Supervisor, supporting setup, service, and breakdown.

The role requires availability for varying shifts, a high school diploma or equivalent, and prior hospitality experience is preferred. You will need alcohol-service certification and food handler certification as required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Previous banquet, catering, food service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol.
• Must maintain valid alcohol-service certification (TIPS/TEAM or equivalent) and comply with state requirements.
• Food handler certification may be required by state or local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and work areas during events.
• Clear tables, reset place settings, and assist with maintaining presentation standards.
• Ability to frequently lift and move up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
