Job summary

Hard Rock Cafe Orlando is seeking a banquet server to deliver efficient, professional, and hospitable service for private events.

You will read BEOs, set up event spaces, coordinate with Banquet Manager and staff, and ensure high guest satisfaction while upholding Hard Rock's values.

This role requires physical stamina, flexibility across shifts, and a team‑oriented attitude in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Standing or walking on the floor for 8+ hours.
• Maintaining a well‑groomed appearance ("having a plan").
• Following all uniform guidelines.
• Practicing all safety & sanitation standards.
• Recycling products, where possible.
• Remaining calm in a hectic, fast‑paced atmosphere.
• Demonstrating a high level of organization and urgency.
• Displaying a positive attitude toward guests and co‑workers.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow the BEO.
• Set up of private events based upon instructions of the Banquet Manager/Captain.
• Follow all banquet standards in maintaining our high level of guest service.
• Breakdown of all areas and proper storage of all banquet equipment.
• Understand and follow through with all policies of the Banquet Department and Hard Rock Organization.
• Work as a team with all other servers and staff.
• Be at your best at all times and create a memorable experience for guests.
• Any other duties assigned by the Banquet Manager/Captain.

Job Requirements

• Must be at least 19 years old
• Performing duties which require bending & reaching
• Able to lift up to 25-pounds
• Standing or walking on the floor for up to 8+ hours
• Maintaining a well‑groomed appearance ("having a plan")
• Following all uniform guidelines
• Practicing all safety & sanitation standards
• Recycling products, where possible
• Remaining calm in a hectic, fast‑paced atmosphere
• Demonstrating a high level of organization, attention‑to‑detail and a sense‑of‑urgency
• Displaying a positive and outwardly friendly attitude toward guests and co‑workers – never allowing personal life or outside influences to dictate attitude

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a banquet server and/or bartender
• Versed in banquet table service
• Available to work a wide variety of shifts and schedules
