Job summary

Encore seeks a Technical Lead to manage setup, operation, and breakdown of audiovisual systems in hospitality venues. You will troubleshoot issues, ensure security and safe use of equipment, and maintain strong client relations on-site.

The role requires 2–3+ years in audio-visual and customer service, plus a valid driver’s license. You may mentor other Technicians and collaborate with hotel staff to deliver world-class service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 2–3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience.
• 2–3+ years of audio-visual experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required for roles that may operate company vehicles.
• Must meet training/certification requirements within 60 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and break down intermediate audiovisual equipment accurately and timely.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly; ensure equipment security and safety.
• Provide excellent customer service and foster client relationships on-site.
• Lead, mentor, and coach fellow Technicians; support Encore’s Delivering World Class Service.
• Walk clients through system operation and ensure proper equipment functioning and invoicing as needed.
