This role requires a high school diploma (GED), strong computer skills, and the potential to obtain Priority Dispatch EMD certification within 60 days.

Qualifications

• Basic computer knowledge and skills.
• Current Priority Dispatch EMD Certification or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform call entry, effective communications, and dispatch for 911 emergency and non-emergency medical transport.
• Act as liaison between healthcare facilities and our medical transportation team to manage resources and arrival times.
• Schedule non-emergency transports and ensure timelines are met or updated.
