Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold items across multiple dining venues.
• Plate food according to presentation and portion standards.
• Complete daily food-production lists.
• Set up lines for meal service and coordinate deli tray deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen.
• Follow food-safety, sanitation, and culinary training standards.
