Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience working with at-risk youth is strongly preferred.
• Driver's license preferred; ability to drive a 7-passenger van is a plus.
• Strong focus on child protection and ensuring the safety of residents is required.

Responsabilidades

• Engage, supervise, and support youth residing at the ROP site.
• Ensure the site is clean and safe.
• Assist youth with daily preparation and activities.
• Monitor program activities to ensure safety.

Conhecimentos

Experience working with at-risk youth

Strong multi-tasking skills

Excellent verbal, written, and problem-solving abilities

Flexibility in work schedule

Formação académica

High school, GED, or one year of relevant work experience

Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
