Qualifications

Flexibility in work schedule required, including weekends.
Responsibilities
Engage and support youth residing at the shelter site.
Ensure cleanliness and safety of the site.
Assist youth in achieving shelter goals.
Orient young females to site expectations and policies.
Provide support to Case Managers as needed.
Document required interactions and maintain records.
Escort young females to services as necessary.
Participate in recreational and holiday activities.
Attend to emergencies and de-escalate crises.
