Job summary

A leading youth support organization in New York seeks a committed Resident Advisor to assist vulnerable youth in achieving stability and support. This role requires engagement and supervision of young individuals living at the ROP site, ensuring their living environment is safe and nurturing. Candidates should be adaptable, possess strong communication skills, and have a passion for helping at-risk youth. Qualifications

• Experience working with at-risk youth is strongly preferred.
• Driver's license preferred, with comfort in driving a 7-passenger van.
• Interest in working with youth who have experienced homelessness is required.

Responsibilities

• Engage, supervise, and support youth at the ROP site.
• Ensure the site is clean and safe.
• Assist youth in daily preparation and activities.
