Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is hiring for a 2nd shift position in West Sacramento, CA. The role involves transporting finished windows from production lines to shipping racks, assisting with light packaging, and performing quality checks to ensure product quality.

Base pay starts at $19.00-$20.00 per hour with a $1.50 shift differential and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental and vision starting day 1, plus 401k and PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Ability to measure lengths accurately to 1/32" and perform unit conversions.
• Experience reading production reports and data.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for long periods.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport finished products from production lines to shipping racks.
• Move and load windows/units onto carts and racks.
• Perform light packaging duties and quality audits.
• Report gaps in production and assist with planning using production reports.
• Operate hand tools and equipment to assemble window units.
