Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Dallas, TX is seeking Production Associates to join our manufacturing team. You will operate machinery, assemble products, inspect lines, and perform quality checks in a fast-paced setting.

This full-time role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and commitment to safety. Shifts include evenings with a Monday–Friday schedule and Saturdays as needed; base pay is $17 per hour with a $1 shift differential, benefits start day one.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Able to follow safety protocols and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, fabricate, and inspect windows and doors to meet quality standards.
• Review work orders, prepare materials, and safely operate hand tools, power tools, saws, and automated equipment.
• Assemble components including frames, glass units, hardware, seals, and screens.
• Operate production equipment such as saws, pneumatic tools, and welding machinery.
• Inspect finished products and report defects or quality concerns.
• Prepare products for shipment, including labeling, packing, and loading.
• Participate in 5S activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support quality standards and help ensure products meet customer requirements.
