Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking an entry-level Production Associate for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 4:00pm–12:30am) in California. The role involves repetitive assembly of window material components on an assembly line under close supervision, using hand and power tools.

A high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year in manufacturing are required, with lifting up to 50 pounds and strict safety adherence.

Responsibilities

• Assemble window material components on an assembly line under supervision.
• Operate hand and power tools for fabrication and assembly.
• Follow all safety procedures to prevent injuries.
• Adapt to repetitive tasks across multiple positions and lines.
• Stand/walk on concrete for extended shifts (up to ten hours).
• Cross-train in multiple functions within and between departments.
• Maintain shift standards and quality while meeting production targets.
