Qualifications
- RN license active in California
- Bachelor’s degree from BVNPT-approved school
- Master’s degree preferred (nursing, education, or administration)
- Minimum 3 years as a Registered Nurse and 1 year teaching/clinical supervision in a state-approved program
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of VN program with emphasis on evenings/weekends
- Recruit onboard train and evaluate instructional faculty
- Monitor student performance and implement intervention strategies
- Coordinate clinical placements and maintain relationships with clinical partners
- Ensure compliance with BVNPT regulations and accreditation standards
- Manage program data collection, reporting, and continuous improvement
