Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age at hire.
• Prior experience in food and beverage service or preparation preferred.
• Experience with hot and cold food preparation.
• Solid knowledge of sanitation standards and health codes.
• Willingness to obtain R-Serving, Food Handler, and/or Food Manager certifications; company covers costs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay composed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely (ovens, fryers, grills, mixers, slicers, etc.).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Stock, rotate, and check freshness of ingredients and supplies.
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures as per policy and health regulations.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and management.
• Manage time to handle busy periods and ensure timely orders.
