Qualifications

• Proficiency in operating kitchen equipment such as slicers, mixers, grinders, and food processors.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to obtain state-required certifications (R-Serving, Food Handler, Food Manager).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and presentation.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including slicers, mixers, grinders, and food processors.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of hot and cold food preparation techniques.
• Adhere to sanitation standards and health codes to ensure a safe kitchen environment.
• Wash dishes and maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area.
• Cross-departmental training may be required based on location and requirements.
• Fulfill other duties as directed by supervisory personnel.
