Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Experience in food and beverage service and preparation preferred.
• Experience with hot and cold food preparation.
• Solid knowledge of sanitation standards and health codes.
• Willingness to obtain required certifications (R-Serving, Food Handler/Manager) paid by the company.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently (ovens, slicers, mixers).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Adhere to sanitation standards and health codes for safe food handling.
• Communicate with kitchen staff, management, and servers to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain workflow.
