Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old at hire.
• Experience in food and beverage service and food preparation preferred.
• Experience with hot and cold food preparation.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and health codes.
• Willing to obtain required certifications (R-Serving, Food Handler, Food Manager).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely, including slicers, mixers, grinders, and processors.
• Maintain sanitation and safe food handling practices.
• Stock and organize the kitchen and prep areas.
• Communicate with team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
