Job summary

College of DuPage is seeking a Testing Specialist (PT) to proctor a variety of tests, ensure test integrity under FERPA, and support students with placement and academic services. The role requires strong technical aptitude, calm under pressure, and the ability to work a varied schedule including evenings and Saturdays.

Responsibilities include assisting faculty with test submissions, maintaining records, and coordinating with the Learning Commons and other departments to meet student needs.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience required.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; associate degree acceptable with experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of academic testing policies and procedures.
• Proctor tests using various software; ensure test security and FERPA compliance.
• Communicate results and assist students with placement and support services.
• Assist faculty with submitting tests and manage online test forms.
