Job summary

Lansing Community College is seeking a Part-Time Testing Support role to provide exceptional customer service in Testing Services. Duties include administering and proctoring exams, assisting with documentation and exam preparation, and performing general clerical tasks to support student success.

Work may include evening or weekend coverage; regular on-campus presence is required. All employees are expected to reside in Michigan and comply with state employment policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Demonstrated customer service experience is required.
• Ability to work evenings or weekend hours as needed.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Administer and proctor exams for students, faculty and staff.
• Assist department staff with documentation and exam preparation.
• Perform general clerical duties and related testing services.
• Provide exceptional customer service to campus visitors.
