College of DuPage seeks a Specialized Testing Assistant (2 PT, Temporary) to proctor high-stakes and group tests, assist examinees, faculty and community members, and ensure consistent procedures across testing sites.
Responsibilities include tech support, maintaining proctor eligibility, coordinating with IT for system updates, and training staff in monitoring equipment while following FERPA confidentiality rules.

Provide support for the Specialized Testing Office Supervisor and Coordinator of Specialized Testing Services. Serve as proctor for high stakes and group test administration and assist students, faculty and community members with a variety of testing and instructional support services. Work with on and off-campus testing staff and other College departments to maintain consistency of procedures.
Starting pay begins at $20.14/hr. based on experience.
