Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answers telephone calls and schedules appointments.
• Obtains accurate demographic, insurance information and physician details.
• Screens patient data for insurance eligibility and pre-certification requirements.
• Coordinates with clinical staff and other departments that Patient Access interacts with.
• Assists in shadowing and precepting new employees.
