DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking Part Time Customer Support Representatives to join our Contact Center in Olathe, KS. You will schedule and issue service tickets, promote services, and handle inquiries with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include outbound follow-ups, coordinating with Dispatch, and maintaining accurate ERP records while meeting KPIs. In-office role with potential overtime and flexible hours within the stated schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent with relevant customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software; able to manage records accurately.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and create accurate service tickets for residential and commercial customers.
• Promote products/services and quote pricing when appropriate.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure effective resolutions; follow up as needed.
• Conduct outbound follow-ups to build customer relationships.
