Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking full-time Customer Service Representatives to join our National Accounts Facilities team in Olathe, KS. This entry-level role requires a customer-focused mindset, strong communication, and technical aptitude.

Roles include triage calls, product promotion, and accurate data entry for service tickets. This position offers flexible evening schedules, advancement opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package after eligibility.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Two years of customer service experience or administrative work preferred.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Fast-paced environment with ability to re-prioritize tasks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites.

Responsibilities

Triage incoming calls from customers that require service or sales and schedule appropriate service.
Promote all products and services offered by the company.
Gather information from customers to ensure accuracy for technicians.
Enter detailed information in the service ticket to help dispatchers match the best-qualified technician to the customer’s need.
Represent the company in a professional manner with strong customer service and communication skills.
Maintain a positive attitude toward customers regardless of circumstances.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
