Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in parking lots and garages with professional service.
• Educate customers on Metropolis parking technology and assist with enrollment.
• Maintain parking lots/garages and report maintenance issues.
• Identify and report hazards; ensure compliance with policies.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks as needed.
• Work independently and as part of a team; observe safety protocols.
