Job summary

SP+ is seeking a Mobility Specialist for Edward Theater Garage in Houston. You will be the front-line representative of Metropolis Parking, assisting guests, educating them on Metropolis parking technology, and ensuring courteous service during evening hours Wednesday–Sunday.

Responsibilities include monitoring parking areas, issuing violations as needed, and maintaining cleanliness. Flexibility for weekends/evenings and a customer-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Parking industry experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong customer service orientation and willingness to go above and beyond.
• Comfortable using mobile devices and technology.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in parking lots and garages, providing professional service.
• Educate customers on Metropolis parking technology and assist with enrollment as needed.
• Promote positive customer relationships with excellent service.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns confidently and courteously.
• Patrol lots/garages to identify vehicles without proper payment/authorization.
• Issue parking violations per company policies.
• Document violations using mobile devices with photo documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness of parking areas and report hazards or maintenance issues.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks as needed.
• Work both independently and as part of a team.
• Observe all safety protocols at all times.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
