Job summary

SP+ is seeking a Mobility Specialist to serve as the face of our technology‑driven parking experience. You will greet guests, assist with enrollment in Metropolis parking technology, and ensure friendly, professional service in a fast‑paced environment.

Shift: Wednesday–Sunday, 5:00 PM–10:00 PM, with flexibility for busy weekends. You will enforce policies, maintain lot conditions, and collaborate with the team to support operations and safety, with strong growth potential for high‑performing

Qualifications

High school diploma preferred, but not required.
Strong customer service orientation with a willingness to go above and beyond.
Able to communicate effectively in English with customers and team members.
Comfortable using mobile devices and technology (iPad, iPhone, Android).

Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests in parking lots and garages with professional service.
Educate customers on Metropolis parking technology and assist with enrollment.
Promote positive relationships by delivering excellent customer service.
Respond to customer questions and concerns confidently and courteously.
Patrol parking lots to identify vehicles without proper payment or authorization.
Issue parking violations in line with policies and document them using mobile devices.
Maintain cleanliness of parking areas and report hazards or maintenance issues.
