Responsibilities

• Answer and respond promptly to all after-hours calls from clients, families, and caregivers.
• Manage scheduling during on-call hours, including call-outs and shift changes.
• Coordinate replacement caregivers when needed.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers, clients, families, and management.
• Address urgent staffing concerns and resolve scheduling issues.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and document important communications.
• Ensure continuity of care by minimizing client coverage interruptions.
• Provide updates to management and scheduling teams on big issues.
• Be willing to fill in for caregiver shifts to ensure client coverage.
