Job summary

• Oversees evening and weekend operations and ensures adherence to standards and workflows
• Generates reports from the library service platform and handles overdue items and bills for lost/damaged materials
• Provides frontline support for course reserves, assists patrons with access to resources and troubleshooting of equipment and services
