Responsibilities

• Supervises the work of clerical staff and serves as the supervisor in charge of the Regenstein Library.
• Oversees building security, resolves problems and appeals related to entry policies.
• Executes opening or closing procedures and reports building issues to facilities services.
• Enforces library policies and handles patron concerns with professionalism and discretion.
• Trains, supervises, and coaches student counter attendants (approximately 20).
• Manages daily circulation workflow including lending of materials awaiting pickup and course reserves.
