Job summary

Richard Chevrolet in Connecticut is seeking a part-time evening/weekend greeter/receptionist for its Sales Department. The role is permanent with hours Monday–Thursday 5p–7:30p, Saturdays 9a–5p, and the last Sunday of the month 10a–3p. You will greet customers and provide sales support with various administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate should be organized, well spoken, detail-oriented, positive, and upbeat. Proficiency in Word and Excel is preferred.

There is also an opportunity to earn extra hours during the weekday assisting with vacation coverage for the day receptionist and/or our rental associate.

The candidatewillanswer incoming calls, greet walk-in customers,keep various excel spreadsheets updated and assist with other clerical functions. The right candidate needs to be organized, well spoken, have an attention to detail, positive attitude, and upbeat demeanor. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred.
