Midway Chevrolet in Phoenix is seeking a weekend/evening receptionist to greet customers, answer calls and support general office tasks. The role requires a positive, professional attitude, strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
• Consistent and stable work history.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly manner.
• Operate a heavy switchboard to receive and direct calls.
• Answer basic questions and take thorough messages.
• Learn computer software and adapt to new technology.
• Assist with filing duties and other administrative tasks.
• Maintain positive working relationships with staff, manufacturers, lenders, vendors and customers.
• Maintain superior customer service (CSI) through dealership culture.
• Set an example of professionalism through actions and appearance.
