The position offers specific part-time hours: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 3:30pm–7:00pm; Saturdays 8:30am–5:00pm, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service and smooth front-desk

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet all clients, vendors, and other visitors that come into the showroom.
• Use a multi-line phone system to direct incoming calls to the appropriate party.
• Process receipts for transactions in the sales department.
• Handle paperwork for accounting functions for dealer trades performed by the sales department.
• General office duties such as emailing, copying, filing and faxing.

Position Overview

The Greeter is responsible for performing a variety of duties as it relates to making our clients feel welcome at the dealership.

Who would I interact with?

This position interacts daily via inbound/outbound calls with clients, as well as direct interaction with the sales and service teams just to name a few.
