Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front desk or customer service roles preferred.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate front desk activities during the evening shift to ensure smooth operations.
• Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out, delivering exceptional service.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments accurately.
• Support and mentor front desk staff, ensuring adherence to hotel policies and standards.
• Maintain accurate records of guest transactions and billing.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to address guest needs and ensure room readiness.
• Enforce security procedures and guest/staff safety.
• Assist in training new team members and conducting shift handovers.
