European Wax Center seeks an outgoing Front Desk Sales Associate to welcome guests, educate on Wax Passes, and drive product and service sales in a fast-paced environment.

You will foster guest relationships, manage check-ins, and support center operations while maintaining a warm, professional guest experience. Evening and weekend availability is highly valued. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Genuine hospitality mindset and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Build genuine relationships and learn guest preferences.
• Check guests in/out efficiently while staying personable.
• Educate guests about Wax Passes and product options; support rebooking.
