Qualifications

• 1-2 years of hotel experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Register guests, process check-ins and check-outs, and assign rooms.
• Know daily hotel operations, policies, and internal rules.
• Know Brand operating systems and loyalty programs.
• Know guest rooms, amenities, and services offered.
• Know room rates, packages, discounts, and promotions.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain front desk, back office, and public areas cleanliness.
• Operate safety and emergency procedures.
