Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have facility management experience and the ability to supervise staff.
• Current certification in Lifeguarding, CPR, and ability to obtain Pool Operators License within 6 months.
• Experience working with diverse groups is essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe environment for patrons at the facility.
• Supervise pool staff and manage front desk operations.
• Oversee pool maintenance and emergency response.
• Prepare daily reports and handle staff timesheets.
• Perform other necessary duties as required.
