Job summary

Williamson County Parks and Recreation is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Facility, Wellness & Gymnasium Supervisor at the Longview Recreation Center. This part-time position oversees evening and weekend operations to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all patrons.

Key duties include supervising the facility, wellness center, and greeting patrons with excellent service. Minimum qualifications include being 18+, able to lift 50 pounds, strong communication, independence,

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
Dependable and able to maintain a consistent schedule.
Successful completion of a background check is required.

Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor activities and events within the facility and gymnasium.
Oversee operations of the wellness/fitness center.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting patrons and assisting with questions.
Conduct facility tours and provide new member orientations.
Enforce facility policies and safety procedures.
Perform routine cleaning and general upkeep of the facility.
Address and report any issues, incidents, or maintenance concerns.
