Job summary

M-BC Parks & Recreation is seeking a part-time Gym Supervisor II to oversee facilities during league games and events. The role emphasizes safety, order, and customer service, requiring reliable transportation and the ability to handle flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Applicants should be at least 21, able to pass a background check, and committed to working as part of a team. First Aid/CPR/AED certification or the ability to obtain within 2 months is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise facilities during league games and events.
• Maintain continuous surveillance and ensure patron safety.
• Spot hazards and take measures to prevent accidents.
• Control unruly behavior and enforce facility rules.
• Maintain records as required.
• Lift/move up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Work as a team member and be punctual.
• Perform other related duties as required.
