Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule in-home Measure Technician appointments after a sale.
• Coordinate between Design Consultants, homeowners, and internal teams during evenings/weekends.
• Maintain accurate calendars, schedules, and customer records.
• Enter and update scheduling information in systems such as rForce and Salesforce.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and make adjustments as needed.
