Job summary

Renewal by Andersen of Washington is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to guide homeowners through scheduling after a sale, with evening and weekend hours.

You will coordinate between Design Consultants, customers, and internal teams, enter scheduling data in rForce and Salesforce, and maintain accurate calendars while delivering excellent service.

This full-time role requires energy, organization, and a customer-focused attitude, with a Wednesday–Sunday schedule and a strong team ethos.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience
• 1+ year of data entry or administrative experience
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to stay organized with multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Schedule in-home Measure Technician appointments after a sale
• Coordinate between Design Consultants, homeowners and internal teams
• Confirm appointment times and details with homeowners
• Enter scheduling data in systems like rForce and Salesforce
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and maintain accurate calendars
• Ensure clear communication between sales and operations
• Support scheduling during evening and weekend shifts
• Assist in transitions from sales to installation planning
