Qualifications

• Must be willing to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Follow all policies and procedures.
• Attend all meetings on time.
• Stock and set up kitchen stations.
• Ensure food items meet recipes for quality.
• Coordinate with front-of-house to meet service standards.
• Complete opening, running, closing duties and side work.
• Maintain sanitation and food safety practices.
• Maintain safe working environment to minimize incidents.
