Qualifications

• Washington State Food Worker Card (WSFWC) required.
• Two (2) years cooking experience in a professional and fast-paced environment preferred.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a kitchen setting.
• Familiar with kitchen equipment and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Follow all policies and procedures.
• On time and attend all meetings.
• Stock and set up kitchen stations.
• Ensure all food products meet recipe specifications for preparation and quality.
• Coordinate with front of house to complete orders on time and to standard.
• Complete opening, running, closing duties and side work.
• Maintain sanitation and food safety procedures, regulations and laws.
• Provide a safe working environment to minimize risk of incidents.
