Job summary

Regions Hospital is seeking a Clinical Resource Lead RN to provide clinical and administrative leadership during evening and weekend shifts. The role focuses on monitoring inpatient care needs, coordinating staffing, and delivering direct patient care across Med/Surg, Telemetry, Progressive Care and Critical Care units.

The position supports Regions Hospital’s patient- and family-centered care model and emphasizes evidence-based practice and shared governance within a non-profit health system.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree required.
• MN RN license required.
• CPR/BLS/ACLS certifications required.
• Two years acute/critical care RN experience with leadership exposure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient care needs for all inpatient units.
• Provide clinical and administrative leadership on evenings and weekends in absence of Nurse Managers.
• Assess, plan and evaluate patient care and nursing delivery.
• Adjust staffing and provide direct inpatient care in Med/Surg, Telemetry, Progressive Care and Critical Care.
