Mercy Hospital South seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as Clinical Supervisor for the weekend shift. You will ensure safe, high-quality care, manage staffing and patient flow, and collaborate with physicians and the Staffing Office to optimize bed management.

The role emphasizes servant leadership, mentorship, and adherence to Mercy standards, while supporting team development and continuous process improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold and maintain a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri or compact licensure.
• 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• BLS certification required or within 30 days of hire.

• Ensure units are appropriately staffed to meet patient care needs.
• Involve in patient flow and bed management in collaboration with Staffing Office.
• Collaborate with physicians and administrative staff to communicate and improve processes.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to bedside staff to promote change and leadership.
