Job summary

Minnesota-Sports-and-Entertainment is seeking a part-time Box Office Event Supervisor to assist the Box Office Manager on Duty. You will supervise a trained team of ticket sellers and guest resolution staff, ensuring excellent service and strict cash controls during events.

The role requires strong leadership, reliable English communication, and experience with box office operations. Knowledge of SeatGeek is a plus, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a ticketing or guest services team.
• Strong cash handling and reconciliation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of box office operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with ticket sellers, guest resolution staff, phone operators and management to ensure smooth box office operations during events.
• Maintain knowledge of event details, pricing, discounts, restrictions, and venue maps to assist staff and guests with accurate information.
• Reconcile ticket sale revenues and prepare deposits after events.
• Prepare and submit detailed event summary reports.
• Provide support in ticket selling and phone operations as needed to ensure optimal guest service.
• Manage staff breaks according to established guidelines.
• Prepare cash deposits when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
