Job summary

Legends Global at Mohegan Arena @ Casey Plaza is seeking a Part-Time Box Office Ticket Seller to handle daily box office operations and guest assistance. You will sell tickets, answer questions, and support event on-sales in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the window, reconciling sales, and maintaining a professional appearance. Hours vary with events, including many evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pass a HireRight Background Check.
• Basic knowledge of computer and POS technology.
• Ticketmaster or venue box office experience preferred.
• Outgoing, friendly and professional guest relations.

Responsibilities

• Open and/or close ticket window as required.
• Sell and distribute will call tickets using Ticketmaster software.
• Reconcile daily sales reports and cash deposits.
• Answer customers’ questions promptly, courteously, and accurately.
• Maintain an energetic, professional, and polite relationship with guests and staff.
• Keep a clean, well-groomed appearance and organized workspace.
• Perform related clerical work and other assignments as requested.
• Duties may be adjusted per business needs.
