Vinaigrette Salad Kitchen is seeking an Assistant/Evening Manager to partner with the General Manager to lead store operations on nights and weekends. The role requires 30-40 hours per week, with night and weekend availability, and offers a fast-paced, people-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Daily: Communicate with General Manager; inspire team; set the pace for hospitality; execute shift tasks; count inventory on prep sheet.
• Weekly: Work 4-5 shifts; assist with banking; truck ordering; prep.
• Monthly: Assist GM in planning and leading shift leader meetings.
