Ramen Lab Eatery in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a motivated Assistant Manager / Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead and train team members, and ensure a welcoming environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Familiarity with opening/closing procedures, scheduling, or basic inventory is a plus.
• Strong team leadership and training experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the front-of-house team during opening and closing shifts
• Train new staff and ensure team is following restaurant standards
• Maintain knowledge of our full menu to help with service and training
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Support operational needs including scheduling, shift coverage, and shift reporting
• Collaborate with management to drive team performance and guest satisfaction
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety standards are always met
