Job summary

Vinaigrette Salad Kitchen in Lexington, KY is seeking a Team Leader to guide the shift and partner with the store manager to uphold the brand vision in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You will supervise staff, ensure a clean, friendly dining area, and help train new hires while maintaining accurate cash handling and scheduling solutions.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill all staff level requirements
• Communicate with store manager
• Communicate with VSK team at your location
• Customer engagement
• Help the manager resolve schedule conflicts
• Knowledgeable about the nutritional information of each salad
• Assist the store manager in the training of new hires
• Assist the store manager in food ordering and preparation
• Knowledgeable about catering. Both what we offer and how to prepare it
• Maintaining change safe & closing the cash drawer in the evenings
• Delegation of tasks
• Conflict resolution
• Self-motivating & on task
