Job summary

Michaels Stores in Framingham, MA is seeking a customer-focused associate to help customers find framing solutions and uphold a safe, well-merchandised store. You will assist customers, complete framing orders, and operate a register in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will stock the frame department, participate in truck unloads and replenishment, and deliver friendly service to shoppers throughout shifts that may include nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs
• Build relationships with customers while creating Custom Framing solutions
• Complete framing orders on time and with high quality
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other areas including replenishment
• Provide friendly customer service and keep the store well merchandised and in-stock
• Operate cash register and cash handling to standards
• Assist with Omni channel processes
• Participate in truck unload and stocking processes
